Description

Since OSCache is dead (has been for some time, but now opensimphony is closed), we need a QueryCache provider working with something more modern and popular (not that there were any problems at all with OSCache, but still) ... EHCache is #1 candidate. It is windely used and Apache licensed. So let's implement the following:
