Disable "ensure safe semantics" feature (ISIS-865), since does not cater for edits with contributed properties.

    Description

      Specifically, if perform an edit, eg on ToDoItem, then the Wicket viewer will cause any contributed actions to be fired. The IsisTransaction will think that the dirty objects are as a result of the first such contributed action firing (there is no "action" created for a simple edit.

      In addition, should change Command2 interface to use a stack metaphor for action events (so can nest them).
