    Description

      Repair is expected to have a certain degree of efficiency in terms of how much data it streams when there is nothing that actually needs repairing. We should be validating this expectation since repair performance is something people care about.

      We should validate the expectation across a range of relevant configuration (data, compaction strategy, actual data needing repair).
