Description

When restoring a snapshot I see sstableloader reporting this:

[total: 1% - 2147483647MB/s (avg: 0MB/s)]

[total: 1% - 31MB/s (avg: 0MB/s)] 
[total: 1% - 2147483647MB/s (avg: 0MB/s)] 
[total: 1% - 2147483647MB/s (avg: 0MB/s)] 
[total: 1% - 2147483647MB/s (avg: 0MB/s)]

2147483647MB/s doesn’t look right.
