Description
Some clusters have shown increased latency with speculative retry enabled. Speculative retry is enabled by default when upgrading from 1.2 to 2.0, and for large clusters it can take a long time to complete a rolling upgrade, during which time speculative retry will be enabled. Therefore it would be helpful to have a -D flag that will disable it by default during an upgrade.
