Description

Cassandra must refuse BATCHes with TIMESTAMP, if they contain a CAS statement(s). Like this one:

BEGIN BATCH USING TIMESTAMP 1111111111111111
INSERT INTO users (id, firstname, lastname) VALUES (999, 'Jack', 'Sparrow')  IF NOT EXISTS
APPLY BATCH
