Description

ColumnDefinition.toSchema() and CFMetaData.toSchemaNoColumns() currently don't write the row markers, which leads to certain queries not returning the expected results, e.g.

select keyspace_name, columnfamily_name from system.schema_columnfamilies where keyspace_name = 'system' and columnfamily_name = 'hints' -> [].
