Description

I have multi data center cluster, replication factor is three. After long node's failure in one data center I need to restore data consistency. If I execute 'nodetool repair -pr' command on failed node I'll see that nodes from ALL data centers try to synchronize with each other. It's unnecessary to involve remote data centers because there are a few replicas in local data center. I want to have possibility synchronize nodes only inside local data center.

I suggest to add '-local' option to repair command.
