Description

The goal is to create ADO.NET driver for Cassandra, using CQL. So we have to implement IDbConnection interface and all related interfaces (i.e. IDbCommand).

We must ensure that the connection is pooled.

The implementation will be probably similar to CASSANDRA-1710.
