Description

There are two things we might want to clean up around the upgrade test versioning:

1.) Remove or modify tests on trunk for upgrade paths that start before a supported version (ex. 2.2) or end before the current version

2.) Add 3.0 -> 4.1 and 3.x -> 4.1 to the list of supported upgrade paths
