Description

LongBTreeTest 2.2, 3.0, and 3.11 still takes 8+ hours to run because of the large iteration counts in it.

In trunk this has already fixed via CASSANDRA-9989

The iteration count should be reduced to something that is reasonable for both ASF Jenkins and CircleCI (ie less than an hour). For longer burns one can just go in at edit the iteration count value.
