Description

In order to support safer import of data (especially in the face of nodetool import now taking multiple directories as input completed in CASSANDRA-14442), it would be good to be able to validate said data before import as it is possible one or more SSTables may somehow have been corrupted during transport. I'm not sure what the preferred way forward on this (add a `nodetool verify-import` or perhaps `nodetool import --verify-only` as a flag) but this would allow an end-user to prevent partial imports where some of the data is good, and some is corrupt.
