Description

When using TWCS, this message sometimes spams the debug logs:

DEBUG CompactionExecutor:4993 2018-04-20 00:41:13,795 TimeWindowCompactionStrategy.java:304 - No compaction necessary for bucket size 1 , key 1521763200000, now 1524182400000

The similar message is already at trace level for LCS, so this patch changes the message from TWCS to trace as well.
