testRegularColumnTimestampUpdates - org.apache.cassandra.cql3.ViewTest is flaky: expected <2> but got <1>

Fails about 25% of the time. It is currently our only flaky unit test on trunk so it would be great to get this one fixed up so we can be confident in unit test failures going forward.
