Description

With the availability of CASSANDRA-13459, any native transport enabled client will be able to subscribe to internal Cassandra events. External tools can take advantage by monitoring these events in various ways. Use-cases for this can be e.g. auditing tools for compliance and security purposes.

The scope of this ticket is to add diagnostic events that are raised around authentication and CQL operations. These events can then be consumed and used by external tools to implement a Cassandra user auditing solution.
