Description

For cqlsh auto completion the compaction strategy suboptions are currently directly defined in https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/cassandra-3.X/pylib/cqlshlib/cql3handling.py#L508-L527. It would be more convenient to move them to Cql3ParsingRuleSet so that they can be reused at other places.
