Description
I see this all the time: "We set LOCAL_ONE, but keep getting 'Cannot achieve consistency level QUORUM'" This is inevitably due to authenticating as the 'cassandra' superuser, which really should only be done once: to create a different superuser, so that QUORUM is no longer required. A seasoned C* professional will catch this quickly, but it would be better to log a warning every time the 'cassandra' user logs in, since again that should optimally be a one-time event.
