Description

Carbon DataMap is a framework to accelerate certain type of analysis workload. in OLAP domain, traditionally there is a technique called Materialized View to accelerate OLAP queries.

Currently carbon supports preaggregate datamap, as the preaggregate is only on single table, Materialized View enhance it by adding join capability.
