Description

We should move the osgi/spring-dm part out of camel-spring, so it can be a standalone module that do not import the old spring-dm stuff.

Then we can have a camel-spring-dm module as a legacy way of using spring xml on osgi.

This makes it possible to install and use camel-spring without bringing in the old spring-dm and spring 3.x libraries on osgi.
