Description

The base64 component only tests for the Java DSL and the basic data format options.

This contribution adds additional tests against the Spring XML DSL, testing the same options as in Java.

More important: those tests can be used to document usage in Spring XML ; so once they're in I'd like to reference them in the documentation.
