            Description

            For interacting with devices, we currently have an mqtt component, but it would also be good to have a component that speaks CoAP.

            Likely based on http://www.eclipse.org/californium/ as that seems to be the most complete at this point (plus has OSGi support already).

            nCoAP could be another option: https://github.com/okleine/nCoAP which has a nicer license (BSD), but isn't as complete.
