Description

When trying to generate DTOs for Salesforce, it is useful to allow using a different environment that production Salesforce. Currently the plugin does not allow to use a different URL, it always connect to https://login.salesforce.com.
Suggestion is to add an extra parameter, camelSalesforce.loginUrl, that still uses the same URL as default value, but opens up the possibility to use a different url like https://test.salesforce.com/
