Description

Spring-orm 4.x removed the support of iBatis and suggest user to use iBatis spring support directly. But ibatis spring support only support iBatis 3, and current camel is using ibatis2.

We need to update the camel-ibatis to use iBatis3 to address the upgrade issue.
