Description

Would be nice to have a parameter, I choosen 'lang' to specify the language a search on twitter is done.

Something like twitter://search?keywords=camel&lang=es would return all the twits containing camel in Spanish. There is also a constant that can be used in the headers to change at runtime the language ( TwitterConstants.TWITTER_SEARCH_LANGUAGE = CamelTwitterSearchLanguage)

I have attached a patch for SearchProducer and SearchConsumer.
