Description

If you want to leverage the camel transport for CXF to route the message with sub camel context, you may face an issue that camel transport doesn't setup the content type with the encoding information like this "text/xml; charset=UTF-8"
It just sets the Content-Type like this "text/xml" which fails WS-I validation.
