[CAMEL-4830] Cleanup examples to only focus on one technology at a time

Description

We need to clean up the examples to

• only use one technology, instead create a 2nd example if using a different technology
• cleanup osgi pieces as CXF and whatnot have improved in this area
• use property placeholders for dynamic port number assignments
• unit test
• do not OSGify every example as some examples should be kept osgi free, to show how to do plain Java, WAR, JEE etc.
• polish wiki pages
• add more javadoc and code comments
• avoid using low level processor code, but use bean with parameter binding for java logic

For example some examples which grow to big and confusing: loan broker, cxf
