FYI I needed to merge this to 2.8.x to get rid of this SMX features build error:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.karaf.tooling:features-maven-plugin:2.2.4:add-features-to-repo (add-features-to-repo) on project apache-servicemix-full: Can't resolve bundle org.apache.servicemix.bundles:org.apache.servicemix.bundles.cometd-java-server:jar:2.3.1_1-SNAPSHOT: Failure to find org.apache.servicemix.bundles:org.apache.servicemix.bundles.cometd-java-server:jar:2.3.1_1-SNAPSHOT in http://repository.apache.org/snapshots was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of apache.snapshots has elapsed or updates are forced

        I upgraded to Quickfix/J 1.5.1: revision 1189139.

I leave this Jira opened as:

        • a first version of ServiceMix Quickfix/J 1.5.1 OSGi bundle should released
        • I disabled the enableJmxForAcceptor() unit test as we have a "collision" with the enableJmxForInitiator() unit test. Each unit test individually works fine, but if one of the two is before the second, the QuickFixJEngine doesn't start.
