Description

On my laptop I nearly constantly get unit test failure in camel-core when testing from scratch.

The file is DirectoryCreateIssueTest that only sleeps for 2 sec, and it takes nearly 7 secs on my computer to generate the files for the unit test to pass with flying colors.

This patch increases the sleep to 10 sec.
