Description

This makes it possible to auto-generate the META-INF marker files like we do for other stuff like @Component @HealthCheck and so on.

We have a few components that have impl of this annotation, and they can have those manual marker files deleted in src/main/resources/META-INF, and then let Camel auto generate this like all other stuff.
