Description

If ManagementStatisticsLevel.RoutesOnly is used to configure performance statistics, processors' statistics are created - the are not actualized.  Even their existence could cause performance issues. It would be better to do not register them at all (the same way as with onlyRegisterProcessorWithCustomId=true). See the documentation for more details.
