1. update https://github.com/mathewsreji/camel/blob/SMN_DOC_UPDATE/docs/components/modules/ROOT/nav.adoc . Add category for huawei cloud components and move the camel-hwcloud-smn documentations as item under the category
2. Add camel-huaweicloud under components folder and move camel-hwcloud-smn inside it
