Description

We should have a new lighter starter JAR for spring boot that is like camel-core-engine and camel-main.

This does not bring in all the core components, and many other dependencies that we had in camel-core in Camel 2.x

This allows end users to pick an alternative for Camel on Spring Boot to have reduced number of JARs
