Description

When using composite APIs, URLs are not encoded correctly. E.g., a URL for an upsert in which the Id value contains a space will result in a + for the space. As a result, the value in salesforce will have + instead of space. Since the Id value is in the path portion of the URL, the correct thing to use is "%20".
