Description

In AbstractCamelContext we log if custom features has been detected and are in use, such as when they can be installed via classpath.

We could maybe use the extension mechanism and make them as custom extensions. And then which extensions are in use

Camel extensions: xxx, yyy, zzz

Similar to what Quarkus does by logging which extensions that are enabled.
