Description

I believe after the PR related to rebase the site to the default antora UI, there occurred two changes that weren't meant to change. One includes the change of custom scrollbar for the nav panel menu under the documentation section. The other includes the change in custom pagination with Hugo under the blog section. 

 

I will make changes to it so that it includes the custom scrollbar to improve the aesthetics and improve the change in pagination.
