Description

Currently Camel Azure Storage Blob has a comprehensive configurations options dynamically through Camel Headers. However, some of these headers configurations, would also make sense to have as well in the component/endpoint configurations in order to reduce the overhead. For example CamelAzureStorageBlobCreatePageBlob and CamelAzureStorageBlobCreateAppendBlob headers, it would also make sense to have them as component/endpoint configs,
