Follow on work to round out CAMEL-14992, namely the following comment from https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/3891

jonchase 22 hours ago AuthorI couldn't figure out where this file lives. The other aws2 components all seem to have one. Not sure how the magic happens. ;) 

oscerd 22 hours ago ContributorAh yeah :-) This comes from https://github.com/apache/camel-spring-boot, but it could be something coming in a subsequent PR.
