Description
In org.apache.camel.cdi.transaction.JtaTransactionPolicy the JNDI transaction manager is injected.
But we should do this via Java code so we dont have a *** dependency on javax.annotation.Resource that are not available in standard JARs and you have to hunt down the universe to find such things.
