Description

In the Thread EIP page, the Sample suggest to use "thread(5)" applied to the "seda" component https://camel.apache.org/manual/latest/threads-eip.html#_samples

But the SEDA component warns to beware (i would say to not use) about using "thread(5)" with "seda" https://camel.apache.org/components/latest/seda-component.html#_thread_pools

It would help to have a clear guidance in using SEDA component and Thread EIP.
