Description

When reading spreadsheet value ranges add possibility to split results into separate values each representing a single row. So the user is able to process each row in a separate exchange.

Add url parameter to google-sheets-stream component so split results option can be en/disabled.

Add value index and range index as exchange headers in order to identify the current junk being processed.
