Description

As unable to run integration tests for camel-rabbitmq component with live RabbitMQ server and it's very difficult to diagnose issues like CAMEL-12229 and others.

It's a task for cover some tests with live AMQP 0.9.1 (supports in RabbitMQ) server based on Apache Qpid Broker-J.
