Camel Spring : unable to mix xml and java routes

            Description

            I camel 2.19 it was possible to mix routes from Spring XML and Spring boot but that does not work anymore with camel 2.20.x.

            A sample project can be found here: https://github.com/lburgazzoli/camel-spring-xml so if you switch camel version, you'd see that the java route is not more loaded.
