Description

The documentation for Camel AMQP uses the connection factory:
org.apache.qpid.jms.JmsConnectionFactory

I think the connection factory should actually be different for AMQP v1.0?:
org.apache.qpid.amqp_1_0.jms.impl.ConnectionFactoryImpl
