[CAMEL-10579] SOAP 1.1 unmarshalling fails for faults that lack a detail element

Description

The Soap11DataFormatAdapter class has the same issue that was previously fixed in the Soap12DataFormatAdapter class (CAMEL-8708). Specifically, it throws a NullPointerException in the event of a missing SOAP fault detail, which is allowed per specifications (https://www.w3.org/TR/2000/NOTE-SOAP-20000508/#_Ref477795995). I believe the same fix should be applied to the Soap11DataFormatAdapter code.
