Description
In a OSGI environment only, FallBackTypeConverters are required to be annotated with @Converter whereas otherwise they are not.
This causes camel-jackson's FallbackTypeConverter to not be loaded and a 'NoTypeConversionAvailableException' will be thrown.
I will provide a PR.
