Google PubSub Component does not consume messages with parallel consumers

            Description

            Component: camel-google-pubsub

            When parallelConsumers option on an endpoint is assigned the value greater than 1, the component will not be receiving messages.

            The issue has been traced to the underlying Google library used and I will update the component once the fix is available.
