Description
Recognize semi-join that has high selectivity and push it down. FoodMart query 57 is an example of this:

Optiq correctly converts the IN list to an inline table. But it fails to recognize that it is a semi-join and that it has high selectivity (in this case, it returns 3,983 of the 7,179 rows in the employee_closure table). It should push down such a semi-join.
