    Description

      Allow clients to control the creation of RelOptCluster, by adding a factory method CalcitePrepareImpl.createCluster. It is unlikely that a client would create a sub-class of RelOptCluster, but this method would allow them to configure the cluster, for example adding a RelMetadataProvider.
