Hi,
I'm using 1.0.0-incubating now.
the home readme.md( https://github.com/apache/incubator-calcite/tree/calcite-1.0.0-incubating ) will lead to optiq-csv project page, which I think is not right since optiq-csv has been migrated to /example/csv and we do already have pages like https://github.com/apache/incubator-calcite/blob/calcite-1.0.0-incubating/doc/TUTORIAL.md in project incubator-calcite.
To me, optiq-csv is no longer maintained, newbees will get confused if they follow the tutorial in optiq-csv and failed.
please let me know if you'd like me to submit a pull request to fix this
