Description

During the release preparation of 1.26.0, it was noticed that the draft email that is printed at the end of gradlew prepareVote does not correspond to the draft proposed in our how-to documentation (https://calcite.apache.org/docs/howto.html#making-a-release-candidate):

• it contains extra information
• some of the links are broken

This should be reviewed for the next release.
